Exchange, Returns & Cancellations

  • Each piece is made-to-order. Print placements may vary to reduce fabric wastage and do not qualify for refunds.
  • A size guide is provided with every product. If unsure, you can contact us on WhatsApp for assistance. One-time size exchange is allowed within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Return shipping must be arranged by the customer.
  • Exchanges are only accepted if the product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging. If the garment is found to be worn, tampered with, or not in original condition, Akiree reserves the right to decline the exchange.
  • If you receive an incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you further.
  • We do not accept returns. In rare cases where a refund is applicable, it will be processed as store credit only.
  • Cash refunds are not provided.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please document the issue with photos and share them with us for support.
